iii. Apply for that from ITD.

2 - Centralized - Operation Room for Committee
Still not available - propse Ibn Khaldun was used during that time
PJ Comittee - to propose a room.
Nilai Comittee - identify a room near ITD there.

3 - Change Offer for New Intake - which delayed the process for student and department involved; HMS, Sciences
It is timing issue. ANR. particularly had to reallocate registered student. A week may good enough instead of 1 or 2 days.

4. Slotting Issue.
Changing Slot by teacher (not within the general slot given).
Hmmm... different department had their own justification. Teachers; as well as student need their prefered time to meet. Who wants a class after friday prayer? or, a 3 days 5-7 class?

1. For first year student (new intake) who need to get their ept/apt result: we are suggesting to revise their first semester module - course registered. Bro Suhaimy and others may like to see - all student registered a common subject - regardless what is their result will be.
For me; this is a good if not brilliant idea to implement - who will decide to change all course module? It back to Services Subject teacher allocate to each department which is - possible - but; if number of teachers could acccommodate each open group/section - if not then; it must be somewherelse to look into - maybe slotting? - it leads to another storry.

Hmm.... Normally they would say; class start on time. Class delayed due to data not availabale at the time or other unavoidable reson. Or, thank you to be patient with us. - hahaha.

But i see it comes from online course registration process.
who will verify?
who will validate?
student? or teachers? committee?! (banyaakk tuuu..)

When it comes to CLEAR PASS student - it shouldn't have problems at all. They should follow strictly whatever they should. (in this case - MEDIC student will have no problem at all)

2nd year student who - failed subjects - change programme - or RA and CS students. These are categorised student that we must attend to them one by one - at least for the time being.

*** so, insyaAlllah - our new onlince course registration -with module and new design interface to accommodate not only student and administrator but comittee and department themselves. So, everybody will have their own checking before we start to group in, assign timetable etc.***

Records Validation - I think most department facing these type of problems. Hopefully, with the measures taken by our DOAP and DOSP together with all departments - this huuugggeee problem will be eliminate forever.

Sehari - setelah merancang.

Semalam 25 Ogos 2007 (sabtu); bukti perancangan hidup perlu.

Balik dari dnt pukul 3 tu, saya tidak terus balik. Saya ke 7E. Nak beli pembalut hadiah. Tapi akhirnya plastik 7E dipenuhi dengan barangan lain; yang sebenarnya walaupun ia barangan perlu tetapi tidaklah segera.

Kemudian singgah Mobil untuk mengisi minyak.

Ada vitagen 3 baris untuk sepuluh ringgit. Beli.

Sampai ke destinasi, cuci apa yang patut, dan masuk tidur.

Pukul 8 pagi pula saya dalam perjalanan ke menghantar buah hati ke lokasi peperiksaan. Mujur juga ada sarapan yang dibeli daripada 7E sebelumnya.

Hantar saja saya ke bridgestone. Kereta tu perlu diseliarapi. 120. Kurang bernasib baik; Kedai buka 9 lebih. Berdekatan ada restoran - gi pekena nasi lemak. 5.

Gerimis pagi.

Pukul 11 saya dah sampai daerah hulu selangor. Kami nak ke Kajang. Siap balut hadiah, mandi, tukar baju cantik, makan nasi lemak dan tutup apa yang patut - kami pun memulakan perjalanan.

Kajang - kenduri kahwin. Makan-makan. Jumpa kawan lama. Berkumpul semua. Anak-anak dah besar-besar.

Singgah ke rumah Opah. Alhamdulillah sempat melelapkan mata.

Bangsar - Beli barang dapur. Satu troli 250.

IPB Kg Pandan - Maghrib dan makan malam dengan adik. Kami berempat tidaklah selalu makan bersama, tambahn pula di luar - seronok pun ada. 32.

Kami singgah pasar malam pukul 10 di BKTBRTG. Ramai lagi orang waktu tu. Cuma beli barang basah, sayur.

Selepas hantar mereka berdua, saya meneruskan perjalanan ke KL. Singgah beli durian. 10. Bau semerbak. Penuh dalam kereta. Tapi sedap betul makan bersama orang tersayang.

Tengah malam. Buat kerja sampai pagi ahad.

Seronok?

Lebih berharga daripada apa yang saya berikan. Berbaloi.
