2 - Centralized - Operation Room for Committee
Still not available - propse Ibn Khaldun was used during that time
PJ Comittee - to propose a room.
Nilai Comittee - identify a room near ITD there.
3 - Change Offer for New Intake - which delayed the process for student and department involved; HMS, Sciences
It is timing issue. ANR. particularly had to reallocate registered student. A week may good enough instead of 1 or 2 days.
4. Slotting Issue.
Changing Slot by teacher (not within the general slot given).
Hmmm... different department had their own justification. Teachers; as well as student need their prefered time to meet. Who wants a class after friday prayer? or, a 3 days 5-7 class?

1. For first year student (new intake) who need to get their ept/apt result: we are suggesting to revise their first semester module - course registered. Bro Suhaimy and others may like to see - all student registered a common subject - regardless what is their result will be.
For me; this is a good if not brilliant idea to implement - who will decide to change all course module? It back to Services Subject teacher allocate to each department which is - possible - but; if number of teachers could acccommodate each open group/section - if not then; it must be somewherelse to look into - maybe slotting? - it leads to another storry.

Hmm.... Normally they would say; class start on time. Class delayed due to data not availabale at the time or other unavoidable reson. Or, thank you to be patient with us. - hahaha.
But i see it comes from online course registration process.
who will verify?

When it comes to CLEAR PASS student - it shouldn't have problems at all. They should follow strictly whatever they should. (in this case - MEDIC student will have no problem at all)
2nd year student who - failed subjects - change programme - or RA and CS students. These are categorised student that we must attend to them one by one - at least for the time being.
*** so, insyaAlllah - our new onlince course registration -with module and new design interface to accommodate not only student and administrator but comittee and department themselves. So, everybody will have their own checking before we start to group in, assign timetable etc.***
Records Validation - I think most department facing these type of problems. Hopefully, with the measures taken by our DOAP and DOSP together with all departments - this huuugggeee problem will be eliminate forever.
